Hi,
I'm trying to find out more about the above, please.  He's on the 1851 census in Chester married to Isabella and also info for his daughter, Hannah, b. Liverpool 1844ish.  I can't seem to find any earlier records for either of them. Thanks in advance.

1851 also shows that Thomas and Isabella have two other children born Liverpool
Robert age 15
Elizabeth age 12

Thomas was born Liverpool, Isabella was born Durham both age 50

You may have this already but the 1861 census records Isabella Greenwood, 64, widow born Durham, in the workhouse: the "Chester House of Industry".

In the 1871 census she is still there aged 73, born Swallwill, Co Durham.

The workhouse register shows that she entered on June 19th 1858 and died there on April 16th 1879
