Criminal Register for BENJAMIN JAMES BANKS

Hi would some kind person who has access  please can some advice on the England and Wales Criminal Registers for me please.
I would like to find out if BENJAMIN JAMES BANKS Date of Trail Lent 1818 in Surrey belongs to my family tree?
My Benjamin Banks would have lived in Surrey and was about 29 years of age.

As there is nothing to report I will just say the register does not give any identifying information. The trial was for larceny and the verdict not guilty. To find out more you will need to contact whoever has the papers, maybe Surrey archives or the national archives. You could also do a newspaper search at the British Newspaper Archives, although not all papers are yet digitised

That's what I found too therefore nothing on the other website, yes you might be lucky and find a newspaper report though often it's only one or two lines,  fingers crossed you find more.
