Hello researching my dads side of family Sim born in Portsoy in 1927. Hi Mum is Jane Harris and Dad William Patterson Sim, Williams mother is Margaret Sim she worked as a farm servant for William Patterson their son on census was william too !! so one of them is the father of William P Sim my grandad. Margaret's father is John Sim farm servant.
My granny Jane Harris her father Henry Harris died 1936, Mother is Jane wood from Cullen.
Any information would be great. Thankyou. Moira

Hi moira and welcome to rootschat the best site for searching is www.Scotland's people.gov ...It might be better to say what information you are looking for and what information you already have ...Do you have them on census forms etc ?
