Thanks,, its very strange, I saw the servant one but it did not click in. They were definitely around for the wedding. The 1841... I feel confident on that one. but I wish I could fill it for definate with the in between years. .. Find it so strange,,,

Do you not think the other censuses are your family?

Jjen....yes the address was for both in Pepper st, i would think it was a lodging place then yes they are living with a relative after marriage in Bailey St,,, I like to "pack" out  information to be sure I m probably right. I could n t find them in Pepper st, but 10 years is a long time.

It doesn't look as though William and Sarah are recorded in 1871- or if they are, they are well hidden.

You could send for those death certificates which may point to an 1871 address.

Keyboard 86.....YES!!  That seems to one,.... how much better is a second pair of eyes  :)

I must of dismissed that one with it not being chancellor,,,, it is a difficult name... so I ll go back and get that....so thats 1861 i think. satisfied. I just wanted to check up where anns parents were in 1871 ... might seal the path.

My target is to get back to 1800 at least for all four lines of my grandparents.
