Are you sure about the details you've posted? In the 1911 census there's an Ellen Donaghy with sister Kate and brother Patrick (all single) along with an elderly aunt and boarder-

Ellen Donaghy died 1950, sister Kate died after- neither married:
Donaghy Ellen of 10 Keegan Street Belfast spinster died 23 April 1950 Administration Belfast 28 September to Catherine Elizabeth Donaghy spinster. Effects £2474 11s. 6d.

Thanks for putting me right Aghadowey....must remember...all relationships re. Headof Fam.! Reason I'm looking at this family is I'm researching my father....was in contact with you a few weeks ago....and I was sent following by "gaffy" Francis Healy DOB:1/5/1910 Bap:26/1/1914...Address 10 Keegan St...Parish St Malachys Bfast Father........ Mother Ellen Healy..Sponsor Ellen Donaghy  Priest Fr George Mc Kay....so you can see why the interest...DH...Gaffy got this from a RootsIreland site..

Just going back to what you said in the earlier 'Coombe St' thread, do you know the name of the priest who wrote the note to the O'Boyles. What parish/church was he from ?
Do you know where the O'Boyles lived when they fostered your dad ?
The only Ellen Healy in 1911 census is a nurse (RC) on the Lisburn Rd (Belfast City Hospital) also in the same general area as Keegan St and St Malachy's
