Death lookup please
« on: Friday 06 May 16 20:17 BST (UK) »
I am trying to find the burial place of my Grandfathers Brother.
His name was Henry Moreland and lived on the Drumconnor Road Boho.
He had a small farm in this area after the First World War.
His Daughter was called Eileen and she married a David Porteous.
Any help would be great

Sorry dont know much about the P R O N I site but looking for a birth of Eileen Margaret Moreland should get her mothers name.

There are other Rootschatters on here more familiar with NI and i am sure when they read your post they will advise you.

An Eileen Margaret Moreland's birth was registered in 1918 in Enniskillen district-
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FBBB-KJ4

Since the birth is less than 100 years old you will not be able to view it on GRONI's website and would have to order the certificate in order to get the names of both parents.
https://geni.nidirect.gov.uk/

I can't see a likely marriage for a Henry Moreland in the Enniskillen area (or a likely birth in that area).

He appears to have been a postman died 21st March 1965
see P R O N I Wills

Henry Moreland, age 78, died 21 Mar.1965 so born c1887.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
