The SPENCER family of Chippenham, WIL...found an intriguing post, at: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~akrb61/people/spencer/index.htm
HOWEVER, the "Contact" given is No longer VIABLE!!

Really wish to Connect w/ Either the above person, who put together That website, or Anyone who KNOWS Of the history of this particular Spencer family, as it is very possible (for numerous reasons...location, dates, names, doctor careers, etc.) that They are blood-related to MY Spencers.

So anxious to have an exchane w/ that website's creator, OR, to a Spencer descendant Of those specific Spencers of Chippenham, Wiltshire!

ANY INFO Greatly appreciated!!!

thanks so much,

Vienna (Spencer)

Have you attempted to work out who is the creator of the website and when she was born and her likely name now?
Also, which country she is likely to be living in.
Have you looked on any other local history sites to see if she is active there?

Hi Chempat!

Thanx for such a quick response! Problem is, her email is dead, no longer viable, w/out even a Name attached to it, or to the site's creator, and i have found no other posts, except old out-of-date, non-functioning ones for this email addy (that she gave on her own website). Have no idea Who she is or where she resides, UK, US????

So hoping someone will see my post & clue me-in, either to Who/Where this party is, now, or they themselves descend of these same Spencers & might tell me more about them!! : )

thank u for the very good suggestions, though! U have a good "thinking-cap"!!!

bye for now,

Vienna (Spencer)

I have emailed Vienna with the name of the website owner, at least, who I think is the owner from a very quick look at the site.

(A K R B)

And Australia, possibly.

The website's owner's Father could be John Frederick Booth, 1921 to 1998, and he is on a tree (with a photo) on Ancestry.
Suggest you contact that tree owner.

The tree was written by Angela Booth, not that that's much help!

She's also got it on TribalPages - but, again, might've 'abandoned' that one.

Need a member there to see. Ah, no, looks like (at first glance) as if you might be able to message via that, to try: http://www.tribalpages.com/tribe/contact?userid=angelb
