Hello Nessa
I canít directly answer you question, but I may be able to help.
Moses Cook (b 1784) of a Rock is my great great great great grandfather. His father Joseph was born 1760.
I donít have a record of any siblings pre the end of the C18th.
I assume the Jane Cook youíre referring to was the mother of a Thomas Oliver ( as given in the 1844 census).
Not sure how that helps - but it might provide a clue.

Hi
There's a Eleanor d of Joseph and Ann Cook baptised there 20 Feb 1779.
His Death duty index is 1813 Pcc and Country Courts
Residence   Rock
National Archives reference   IR27/144

That might give more details.
Only marriage I can see is at Ribbesford to Anne Bishop 19 Mar 1766.
Son Joseph born /bapt  9.1.1768 Ribbesford and son 1770, Richard 7.3.1773 and Jane 29.9.1770.

I'd guess they then moved to Rock.

There is also a William Cook marrying at Rock 22.12.1806 at Rock to Ann Smith wit James Oliver and Hannah Cooper who may be worth a look.
