Where is this castle?

A cousin showed me this old photo.  He said he had been told that some of our Cameron ancestors lived here before they left to come to Australia.  We live in Australia and have not a clue where exactly it might be.  Just on the off chance that somebody might know, I am posting it here!

Is it the Castle of Mey  in the North of Scotland  which was the home of the Queen Mother.

It's quite hard to tell isn't it.

I had thought it may have been Eilean Donan Castle

I'm not sure why our ancestors would have been living in the castle which was the Queen Mother's home.  The Camerons were mainly on the mid west coast of Scotland.  But yes, it is very hard to tell!  I just had the wild hope that someone may know it.
