I'm going to the British Library, I'll check to see if they have anything.

They have an index for volumes 9-41 of the American Genealogist and a catalogue entry for The New England Historical and Genealogical Register :-\

The British Library only have the American Genealogist from vol 48 1972, nothing earlier.

Good news though, they have the New England Historical & Genealogical Register vol 116 from 2012 at St Pancras not in storage off-site at Boston Spa

so I've taken photos of all the pages and will upload them to my cloud over the weekend and send you the link as there are too many pages to email
