Hello,
There is this family

1881 546 /67/ 16
90 Mann Street
James Robinson   46 yrs
Eliza Robinson   38 yrs
Frederick Robinson 11 yrs
Annie Robinson   7 yrs
Henry Robinson   2 yrs b Walworth
James Robinson 1 yr

The marriage posted by Jaywit would fit with Annie here.

The NZ record shows more information than posted by Muffin41 with other clues.
There is a military record for Charles Henry Robinson of Walworth enlisting in 1898. His brother, Frederick was his next of kin.
It would be worth checking out.

Regards
Heywood

I have referenced that thread to this.
Does the NZ link you posted not tell you where he was in WW1? Have I misunderstood the record?

The NZ link only gives his last known address and employer in New Zealand.
As he was born in England he emigrated and served in the NZ Forces in Europe during WW1.

Or I have also misunderstood his Military Record in the link. :-\

As Jaywit asks - have you read the linked document?
In your first post, you mention Mrs Newman living in Windsor but there is an address on the first page which could be traced through 1911 census.
Also on the first page, Charles Henry's service is listed.

These details are given on further pages too plus a brief acknowledgement of previous service -which would tie in with the record I mentioned.

Thank you again heywood & jaywit :)
After a good nights sleep and a cup of coffee, reading the whole file again gives me a better picture of what I wanted to know. ;D
