I think "Leone" is a badly transcribed George?

There is a birth for George Breese in March qtr 1845, Stourbridge.

Is this Emma in 1901?   Sons name looks more like Tenzer?

1901
Lea Lane, Wolverley
Emma Breeze wife 44 charwoman bn Dudley
George Henry Day Tenzer (or Penzer?) step son 14 bn Cookley

But where is George (Leone) ?

And is "step son" relating to the relationship to the absent head of household ie George/Leone, or is he Emma's stepson, which seems strange

Birth

Jul/Aug/Sep 1885
Kidderminster

George HArry D Penzer

I think that is the surname.  But not seeing Emma's marriage to George Breese
