What is the number in Market Street ? do you have Annie in the 1871 census

the birth is at 23 Market Street.  The census page I have doesn't show the number of their close, but the next one is 26 Market St so they have been at 24 - an easy error to make.  Annie's in the 1871 census at East Hamilton Street with both her parents and siblings.  I'm now running into difficulties with her mother's birth, she also was illegitimate but I'll post that later.

Hi don't know if this is any help but in the 1861 census at 23 Market Street Greenock Middle there is a Patrick McLaughlin age 27 born Ireland a visitor at the home of a John Duffy and his wife Jane Duffy ( Stewart ) maybe the Isabella McLaughlin had some connection to Patrick
