This Mrs Little appears to be a foster mum ,maiden name Elizabeth or Sarah Bolger

You seem doubtful that this is the correct Ellen Lyster found in USA ?
Only piece of the puzzle missing as far as I can see is the actual marriage cert to Sada Mizokami  and you can get that easily online from ScotlandsPeople

Another thought, since you really seem to want some photos, is to apply to the 'US Citizenship and Immigration Services' for her immigration file.
I got my great uncles and among lots of other information it contained copies of his Naturalization certificates which had his photo on.
I was lucky as he lost his certificate several times and kept having to have a new one issued.

The family are recorded as Lyster in 1901 census  here

This is possibly Ellen then in 1911 still shown as LYSTER LINK
