Fortrose old Academy Ross shire enquiry
« on: Wednesday 25 May 16 12:58 BST (UK) »
Hello I was interested in information on the old Academy at Fortrose , which was in Academy street Fortrose. Firstly  does any body have records from this School say 1826? Secondly was it a school were students boarded, or were they day students. This is the old Academy, I have found information but limited . Thanking you Ellecat

The best place to contact would be the Highland Archive Centre in Inverness. They keep lots of school records there (I have been in and viewed some).

Highland Archive Centre
Bught Road
Inverness

They also have a facebook page where you can see some school records in their photos.
