Thank you so much "dathai"! I'm overwhelmed with all this information that I've been missing all these years. Finding out the name of Edward Donnelly's wife opened up so many doors. I truly appreciate your looking into this for me. I never thought that this particular branch would ever be filled. So happy to hear that Catherine was not an only child. Should I be worried that Catherine's name does not appear in the information that you provided? As you can see in the "Register of Marriage" attached; Edward and Elizabeth Donnelly from Crehelp are Catherine's parents and she was born in 1839. Where could I find her birth certificate or any other document to prove that she is part of this family? The 1901 Census is indeed Catherine Donnelly. She was raising her grandson Edward Patrick and granddaughter Emily Catherine when her son James was off to war and her daughter-in-law Emily Smith Johnson went to London to find work. Emily and James's life was tragic from beginning to end. I've never uncovered what happened to James and Emily's family but that's another genealogy brick wall. I'm very excited to look at the documents that you've provided. Much appreciate your taking the time to help me! Have an amazing day! Claddagh
