Hello I am letting people know that I requested a search on Salop archives only
to be told this would cost me £40 an hour, these people must be on another planet.
That is just excessive, it was just a few burial registers.

There are some Shropshire PRs on FindMyPast, but perhaps not the ones you're after

I have found the Shropshire archivists to be extremely helpful in the past. When they couldn't find the records I wanted, they offered me a refund (which I refused as they had spent time looking.)

You could go and visit them yourself.

Hello all thank you for your reply I am on another family history site not Find my Past
it seems they have gaps in their records for Salop.
Mike of Cumbria you said that they offered you a refund I might try again in that case.
