John RUMP (born 1695) & Martha DACK

Can any of you help me find a birth for Martha DACK, and her marriage to John RUMP.

I have found a record in Boyds for a marriage in 1716. Recorded in the parish of Tuddenham, but I have not managed to find anything else.

NFHS Transcriptions East Tuddenham
John Rump of Worstead married Martha Dack also of Worstead on 4 March 1716.
Both were single.
I haven't seen the original parish register so I'm not sure if this should be 1715/6 or 1716/7

freereg has all the children baptized at St. Mary Worstead beginning with Sarah 20 August 1718.

John is my 7th g.grandfather. I did not know his wife Martha's maiden name and I don't have a marriage record-just the name Martha from the children's baptism records.

I think the marriage must have been in 1717-the record runs from Easter 1716 to Easter 1717 and John and Martha were listed near the bottom, married March 4th.
East Tuddenham is about 20 miles west of Worstead-I wonder what took them there?

Hello,

I know the dates don't fit but perhaps this is of passing interest?

Martha Langley (b1858 in Holkham) was the daughter of Sarah Ann Langley who married Emanuel Dack (Doek) in 1860. Martha assumed the name Dack.

she married John Michael Murtha (b1855) in Sunderland on 25 February 1882 and died in Durham? In Q1/1892.
Thomas, Davies, Jones, Walters, Daniel in Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. That should narrow it down a bit!
Vincent: Fressingfield, Suffolk, Stockton & Sunderland.
Murtha/Murtaugh: Dundalk & Sunderland
Ingram: Cairnie by Huntly, Scotland then Abergavenny, Monmouthshire.

Hi I have a Martha Dack who married a Rolin in Wormigay I'm trying to find, but we also have a Doris and Billy Rump in our family
