hi next2normal, I found the 865 acres for Tullynagee Townland in Kilmood parish, which is shared among the many listed renting or owning properties, but no Logans at all and a John McIlrath who had less than 3 acres of land and sub leased a house valued at  £1 five shillings pa, see http://www.askaboutireland.ie/griffith-valuation/
then I found on http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~rosdavies/SURNAMES/Mc/McIlwMcJ.htm
John   McILRATH/ McLWRATH   Killinchy of Balloo; married Jane Logan 6 Dec 1834 in Killinchy Presbyterian Church ; father of James b. 1837 & Hamilton b. 1839 who emigrated to Australia then New Zealand in Dec 1860 ; their letters home have been published in 2009 by Killyleagh Family History Society ; photos available   John Bassett -Killyleagh Rd, Downpatrick ; DR 2/12/ 2009 p21; LR 2010 p90; Familia 2010 p179-180
I suggest you contact John Bassett
good luck onwards
