CD OXF-TH01 covers Thame, Albury, Chinnor, Emmington, Stokenchurch, Sydenham and Tetsworth.

If you post a couple of people you believe lived at Thame I can check on my copy of the CD for you before you purchase the CD to potentially save wasted expense.

I have a very distant link into the GUNTRIP line - but not Robert (so far) - that said his baptism is in the OFHS CD of Thame:

7 June 1799 GUNTRIP Robert, s of Joseph and Catherine - there is only one other GUNTRIP baptism and that is 1774.

Marriage at Thame from same CD transcription:

18 Oct 1797
GUNTRIP Joseph of the parish of Kingston
YATES Catherine otp - both sign "x"

Witnesses: Mary GONTRIP, Owen HEWETT

Edit:

From the same CD, baptism:

8 Aug 1777 YATES Catherine, d of James and Cath

Sorry to trouble you again but only just realised, on your reply you said the only other Guntrip  baptism was in  1774, I don't suppose it was Joseph was it. I cannot find his baptism which is about 1775 in Kingston Blount
Thanks
Pat
