What is it you wish to know? You have given the names of the parents and the children, and a date range.
I am Australian, from all the lands I come (my ancestors, at least!)

Pine/Pyne, Dowdeswell, Kempster, Sando/Sandoe/Sandow, Nancarrow, Hounslow, Youatt, Richardson, Jarmyn, Oxlade, Coad, Kelsey, Crampton, Lindner, Pittaway, and too many others to name.
Devon, Dorset, Gloucs, Cornwall, Warwickshire, Bucks, Oxfordshire, Wilts, Germany, Sweden, and of course London, to name a few.

Sorry!
I am hoping that someone might have knowledge of any of these family members after 1801. Maybe if any of this family stayed on in St Ewe after that date and maybe somebody also might be from this family.
Many thanks.

There are two baptisms with parents William and Ann a little earlier. Have you checked if this isn't your William as well?

There are several Allen burials in St Ewe in this period.
John 6 Nov 1790
John 30 May 1804
William 18 Jan 1807
Mary 2 Apr 1807
No further details on FreeReg, so I can't tell if it is William the son or father.

Susannah 12 Mar 1829, age 66, of St Ewe
William 15 Sep 1845, age 82, of St Mewan
These two could possibly be the parents.

It's pretty miserable here too in my part of the world.
Have you checked the 1851 census to see if there are any Allen's born St Ewe (or anywhere close to)?

There is also a William Allen in the 1841 census at St Ewe aged 78 - probably the right age, and would tie in with the burial in 1845. Living with Catherine Puckey (70) and Thomas Congdon (77)

(Deluge of rain here too!)
