Passenger lists after 1960 would be a very welcome resource. Anyone know of such a resource?

After the initial excitement of finding Phyllis at all, I'm afraid I seem to have hit another brick wall.
She obviously went to Kenya, and from the passenger list it seems she intended to stay there for at least a year. The list includes several missionaries also going to Mombasa, so it's possible they went as a party. I know at least one of her sisters belonged to the Christian Scientist church, though I have no idea whether this was true of Phyllis. I know she was a teacher.
I have purchased a world sub from findmypast, but it will run out soon. My ancestry sub is for a year but only the bog-standard one. I can't find any records of passengers entering the UK from Mombasa. If I could find them then I may be able to trace Phyllis from her forename and date of birth.
Does anyone have any ideas - any suggestions gratefully received!
