Which ship did they arrive on c 1836

Solomon Mitchell and Hannah West married at South Newton Wiltshire 28 September 1828.
They had at least four children in this area then emigrated to America around mid 1830s.
Settled in Sheffield Caledonia Vermont all their lives.This couple had many more children in America.
I have researched the family considerably in Vermont with success,but would like to know which ship they sailed on from England,and port of entry in US.
Would they have entered Canada first.
Need some pointers regarding these early sailings,many thanks .

Appears highly possible that this family were included with the poverty stricken farm labourers who sailed out to Canada for a better life,on the King William from Southampton, families from Downton Wiltshire and area, on 7th April 1836. ref,The Downton Story.
At least two groups were sent by the Parish,securing a 1000 pounds loan,to charter the sailing ship,King William,interest paid by Earl Radnor.
Also a smaller party earlier from Portsmouth on the American ship,, Louisa, 1st May 1835.
No sign of any named Mitchell family on ships lists available however.

Solomon Mitchell died  at Sutton Vermont US on 8th January 1892,age 85,born Wishford England,cause of death Pneumonia. ref,Family Search,Vermont Vital Records 1760-1954
