There's a death in Q2 1944 in Surrey N E Registration District of a

Patience Hearne, age 66

STG

Edited to say ....

but then again, there's a marriage in Q4 1926 in Wandsworth Registration District of a Patience Hearne to a William J Devine.

Always looking for GOODWINS in Berkshire :)

There is a marriage Councra Dixie or Councelette Dixie 1893 to Joseph Hearn - Q3 - 1893 - Bromley Registration District. 2 a 775

Interesting, Sandra, as her sister also married a Herne/Hearn - I wonder if they were brothers?

Couldn't tie up Joseph/Job and Henry as brothers.

Hadn't realized you had posted the link on here for the other thread and I had wandered off and linked that one to here  ::)

Noticed that Leonard Dixey was listed London, England, School Admissions and Discharges, 1840-1911 in 1893 - couldn't see any listing for James Dixey though  ::)

Hi councillette and job were my great grand parents. I have never found any info on them and i was told my great nans last name was dixilliano.. if that is corrwct i am not sure however dixie would be an abbreviation I suppose. Yes hearne is Romany.
