Totternhoe parish birth - LYDIA BROWN
« on: Monday 13 June 16 07:35 BST (UK) »
:)Hello and Greetings from Queensland, Australia.
I'm hoping someone may be able to help me.  When Lydia Brown was baptised at Totternhoe on 13 April 1800, her parents' names were given as WILLIAM BROWN & DINAH.
I've spent quite a lot of time trying various websites to no avail, to find what Dinah's surname was, to enable me to trace the family back further.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
                                Carol B.

www.familysearch.org also has baptisms of William John Brown at Elstow on 12 Jul 1795 and Dinah Brown at Higham Gobion on 14 Feb 1802 where the parents are William and Dinah. If it's the same couple they travelled around a bit
