She is a widow on the next census though her husband has remarried.  Perhaps she wanted to continue teaching and would not have been able to as she was married  :-\

That list you have is not very accurate is it. It has Royal D D Teague as a son of Ann Monica whereas the birth is registered as Ackland so obviously a son of Alexanders next wife Lottie Ackland to a previous relationship.

the last time it was updated was 2009, and it has errors throughout the whole thing

Still it is good to have something to look at and pick fault with.  Online records have improved so much over the last few years.   I can't give details but have you looked at the 1911 entry for her and the place of birth given there.   ;D
