1871 Census lookup

 I am having trouble locating Arthur Bennett Dykes ( or Dikes ), in the 1871 census, when he would have been age 15. He was born 7/8/1855 in Hunslet, Leeds son of Henry Bennett and Elizabeth Ann Dykes, and married for the first time 9/7/1877 to Sarah Alice Ingham.  In 1861 he was living with his parents in Leeds, and in 1881 he was married but lodging in Leeds  with Charles and Sarah Atkinson, but I'm unable to locate him in 1871.
  Can anyone help, please ?

Surname Dikes and Arthur has become David.

Hi there,
  Thanks for the reply....difficult to see how Arthur Bennett could appear as David ??, I know census entries can be a little out, but that seems a mile away, any suggestions as to how they could be so different, please ?

May be he didn't like being called Arthur. It appears that his father doesn't like his own name of Bennett Dykes,  although Arthur adopts Bennett as his second name when he marries and then carries it on into his family.
