It's not a Will it's an Administration, fairly sure that means he didn't make a Will.

Having trouble with the National Archives main site http://www.nationalarchives.ie/search-the-archives/
I can't get a result for him, but if I'm reading this page correctly http://www.willcalendars.nationalarchives.ie/search/cwa/home.jsp
Than the Administration should have survived (as the page it is on in the Calendar is 1904)even if it's part of the Principal Registry.

Hi. This is all new to me, I have never heard about an administration before. I am out of my depth here but learning quickly.
I have followed your link to the Proni page and if all else fails I will call them today and see if I can work this out.
I really appreciate the help from everyone
Thanks
Alison

Hi. I have just heard back from the archives, there is nothing more to be learned, he didn't write a will and there is nothing more to the administration which, while disappointing, is a conclusion and I have learned lots in the process. Thank you
