William Evison is a miller on the 1851 and 1861 censuses, and James Betts in 1871.

In 1881, James Betts is shown as the father-in-law to Frederick E Green, miller and baker, who was his apprentice in 1871.

Frederick Elam Green married Sarah Betts in 1875. They are still there in 1891.

Thomas Skinner Betts, nephew to Frederick Green in 1891, is the miller in 1901.

Many thanks David, unfortunately I don't have a subscription to Ancestry at the moment as mine has run out. Keith
