If that's the right guy, he was Thomas John Adams Jr.  He served in WWI including going overseas from July 1918 to Mar. 1919 and he was born Barnsbourt, Ireland.
Likely the place is Baronscourt (Ardstraw civil parish, Strabane Poor Law Union/Registration District).

Mrs. Jane Adams, died Philadelphia on 15 Aug. 1937.  Residence 1411 N. 29th St.  Widow of Thomas.  Born 12 Aug. 1872 in Ireland.  Parents George Stevenson & Ann Fife, both born Ireland.
Jane's brother Robert died Philadelphia 1909-

George Stevenson married Anne Fyffe in 1853 so likely quite a few children-

Son John born 1864-

Son James born 1866-
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FRHT-6VF

Son Andrew born 1867-
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FPBS-1XF

Civil registration of births started 1864 so there are probably a few more children born between 1853-1863.
Once you have a more exact location other records will be more easily found.

Looks like Fannie's 2nd marriage was in West Virginia in 1948 - https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:F1FY-1J3

Interesting that the marriage is in 1948 because they seem to be living together as married couple in 1930-

and Fannie as Quinn in 1940-

They were both listed on the marriage record as residing in Philadelphia - http://www.wvculture.org/vrr/va_view.aspx?Id=12734718&Type=Marriage

You say Jane Adams was born 1872. She would only be 14/15 when she had Thomas.
I thought the Jane I was looking for was born around 1856/1858.
