Try contacting the Norwich Registry Office directly Henry/Micheal or Michael Henry registration may have been missed between Norwich and London.
Give them what you have, with mothers maiden name Green, they like to see that you have tried and are not taking the easy way out. Ask for a look up 1844-1845 based on census ages and spacing of other children.
