Samuel William Scott and Ann Kershaw

Hi,

Ann Kershaw was born abt 1861 Learmonth Victoria father Abel Kershaw and mother Eliza Hitchcock.  An old family history shows Samuel William Scott was born 3 Mar 1892 in Ballarat East.  Most of his family was born in Buningyong.  A search of Vic BDM dies not show any of these births including Samuel William SCOTT.

I have looked on ancestry and through TROVE.  Any ideas where to go to look at old birth records around Ballarat and Buningyong.

There's a WW1 record for a Samuel William  born Ballarat in 1892. Married to Dorothy May, at a Railway ? Palace, ....lton.
