In the Goods of ALBERT BORELLA (commonly known as ROBERT PITCHER), late of Struck Oil,
near Mount Morgan, in the State of Queensland, miner, deceased, intestate.
NOTICE is hereby given that after the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof, application will be made to this Honourable Court that administration of the personal estate of the abovenamed ALBERT DORELLA (commonly known as ROBERT PITCHER), deceased, who died intestate, may be granted to the Union Trustee Company of Australia, Limited, carrying on business at Brisbane and elsewhere, in the State of Queensland, the lawfully constituted attorney of
ANN BORELLA, of Lawlors, East Murchison, in the State of Western Australia, the lawful widow of the said ALBERT BORELLA. Any person interested who desires to object to the application, or to be heard upon it, may file a caveat in the Registry at any time before the grant is made.
