Are you referring to the 1881 census ref  RG11/1804 folio36 page 5
Schedule number 27 - Looks like Jape Street though could be Tape Street

Sorry about that.

It's the 1881 census for William Cooke (born 1840 in Halstead).

It's the one that looks like "Jape Street".

It's piece 1804, folio 36, page 5.

I couldn't find a Street name in Sible Hedingham that was *a*e Street.

I'm pretty sure it's Tape Street.
It comes up on lots of google searches in Sible Hedingham.
Also looks like Tape Street in 1891 census.
There is a Tape House there as well.
