What date and place were these swimming pool photos taken?

When do you think was the date these swimming pool photos were taken? Someone suggested about 1923, but I think they may be later than the 1920s, however I'm no expert. They were taken in Kansas, USA.

We've also had no luck yet identifying the swimming pool location, so input on that would be useful too.

Early 1930s at the latest, although a bit old fashioned by then.
