That is interesting, I quite expected to have to pay for the record. Would have been happy to do so.
According to F/S I just had to quote the film number & it would be sent direct to one of their centres.
Could be that things have changed after so many years, especially as the Internet has so many resources available.
I wonder what records the National Archives hold now in relation to the LDS films ?
Might look in to that.
There used to be a Vital Records disc you could purchase, not compatible for all computors.

Did your guy go to the United States.Found this possible scenario.
Charles Foreman emigration 1865,
variations of spelling.Chas R. and  Charles.
US Census, 1870,1880.and 1910 found Family Search    [may be more].
Miner in Colorado.
Birth England 1836/7
Have not been able to be more specific as to where in England,but perhaps a marriage record may have it.
Wife Kerturah /Katherine various spellings born Wiscontin
4 children 1880 census.one daughter Mildred L Foreman 1910 with parents father Charles age 74,born England,stone mason,
mother Katherine age 68.at Alma Park Colorado. Hope this helps Brionne.
