1901 Census look up

I am looking for an Elizabeth Hoverd.  b. 1828, Epwell, Oxon.

I can find her in 1891 with her husband John (b.1822).  And I can find her on her own in 1911 (John dies in 1892).  But I can't find her in 1901.  Could anybody help please.
