Wot?! No Punctuation? ::)

Marriage, September qtr 1932
Hartley Wintney Registration District     vol 2c, page 564

Ayres, Robert
O'Kelly, Eileen

I can see 5 births with surname Ayres and Mother's Maiden Name O'Kelly, dating 1933 to 1954.
I won't mention names, as they may still be alive, and it's RootsChat policy not to mention potentially living people.

All easily found using FreeBMD.org.uk!
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

If Eileen is a spinster on the Marriage Certificate, then she wasn't born in England or Wales? (I can't see a birth on FreeBMD?)

If she was Scottish, then you need to look at ScotlandsPeople.gov.uk (a pay-per-view site).

If she was Irish, then you need to be looking at Irish Records.

Who did she name as her father on the Marriage Certificate?

You can do a free search though it does not give much information.  The only O'Kelly's that I can see in Hartley Wintney RD are
Annie E (Ann)   O'Kelly   born c1882
Desmond I   O'Kelly   born c1882
there are apparently others living with them

Searching just for an 'Eileen' in Hartley Wintney brings this up, could it be your Eileen  :-\
Eileen Medougall (Aynes)  born c1914  - transcription could be poor  ::)
Free preview confirms she is living with Desmond O'Kelly  ;D

This is the link to search the free previews

I wonder if this is her birth from familysearch

Ireland Civil Registration Indexes
Eileen O'Kelly
Birth Sept qtr 1913
Dublin South, Ireland
Volume 2 Page    578

You really need to purchase her marriage cert to confirm her fathers name though  ::)  The name in Ireland is quite common.
