Thank you all for your help,

I had see that 1851 census put dismissed it because of the unmarried sister  being named Hill.

This Maria may have married Joseph Devereux in Ledbury in 1846, they christened a child, Sarah Ann in 1847 in pixley, close to wool hope

Will definitely go and look at the Parish Registers this week.   The records are available Thurs-Sat.

However I've been having a fiddle and have a theory.   George Bint's parents James and Letitia were living at The Green, Lower Sapey in 1851 with neighbours Thomas Hill 47 b Martley,Worcestershire and wife Ann age 50 b Leigh, Worcestershire.   In 1841 Thomas and Ann Hill were living in Lower Sapey and their children include a Mary Hill age 4 who is not living with the family in 1851

I think the Maria Bint with sister Mary Hill and child William G Bint in 1851 has to be the right Maria with the right son William George who later dies and husband George is working as a servant (Miller)in Claines north of Worcester at the time of the census

I can't see a marriage for Thomas and Ann Hill although a tree on Anc suggests a marriage in 1838 to an Ann Davis in Ledbury which seems very unlikely with their first child based on the 1841 census being Leticia Hill age 5  at the time, although there is a baptism for her in 1832 https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:J71Z-LH7

So my theory is Thomas Hill's wife is Anne Saunders whose daughter Maria was baptised in 1831 in Clifton on Teme https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:J3Q8-W6V

Fingers crossed the marriage cert can verify this but it might just confirm that Maria was illegitimate :-\   Maria might be listed with surname Hill in 1841
