I am not sure that she will be the correct Edith because there is an Edith Truran who is a similar age  living with her mother Emily at Chacewater in the 1901 census and in 1911 census no Edith but there had been 3 children born to that family and one had died.
Cornwall OPC has a burial of an Edith Truran on the 23rd Dec 1906 and her residence was Chacewater where Edith and her mother Emily were living in 1901.

It is a long shot but the 1871 census has a Harriet Truran born Gerrans in 1849 working for William Chapman as a servant.
The address is Farm House, Gerrans, Truro, Cornwall.
Unless there is another Harriet Truran in the 1861 census maybe she is the daughter of Peter and Eliza although the birth year is slightly out.
