Isabella Brown Milne of 8 Pitcullen Crescent Perth d 13 April 1935 Confirmation to Jane Elizabeth Milne of 8 Pitcullen Crescent
Christina Wylie Milne of 8 Pitcullen Crescent Perth d 11 Feb 1827 Confirmation to Isabella Brown Milne of 8 Pitcullen Cres
Rev Charles Milne d 23 Jan 1891 at Perth Confirmation to Christina Wylie Milne and Isabella Brown Milne of 51 Balhousie Street Perth and Jane Elizabeth Milne, residing in France or elsewhere abroad, his daughters.( His will was also sealed in London). If you have not seen it you should be able to download from Scotland's People.

Found it, a newspaper article, it says widow of A Milne & sister of the Misses Milne.
found them on the 1905 US census.

The Bronxville Review, 20 May 1893: Mrs. William Russell Silvers Mrs. Christella Milne Silvers was found dead of heart failure in her apartment at the Yorkshire Wednesday morning. Widow of William Russell Silvers, Mrs. Silvers had been a resident or Bronxville for the past 12 years. She was a daughter of Alexander and Jessie Milne of Cranberry, N. J. Surviving are two children, John Alexander and Jessie Milne Silvers, and a brother, Alexander Milne of Youngstown, Ohio. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. J. A. McDonald of Christ Church Friday morning at the apartment and burial was made in the Presbyterian Cemetery, Cranberry, N.J.

Thank you, this is amazing. I was really hoping that by searching out the girls it could possibly lead me to info on their brother Alexander Milne in Kobe Japan, but it looks like that side was cut off after he moved to Japan.
