My 2 x great grandparents lived there in 1861  on the 1861 census my 2xgreat grand father ( Thomas Oliver ) lived there with his wife Margery Hannah and his two daughters . Any help would be most welcome.

Oops! That's Larkhill estate in Liverpool! ::)

Maybe Kidderminster & District Archaelogical & Historical Society?

It really depends on what you are looking for.

Hi There

Lark hill Kidderminster runs of Stourbridge road (not far from the Horsefair) & when I was a grocer in Kidderminster one of our shops was on the corner of Stourbridge Rd & Lark Hill on the opposite corner to a public house called the Queens Head - where our shop was is now a private house & where the Queens Head was is now flats. the shop was called Silvestor Sons & Heeks Ltd Co by the way.  The Lark Hill area was a big community where everyone seemed to know each other but you know how communities change over the years.  I cant recal the name Oliver but I bet my late father would have known the name.  I have no contacts left in that area to ask Im sorry to say but hope this posting is of some help to you

All the very best
