Looked at Non-conformist and don't think this has been mentioned, when Richard Langham is bap., his mother's parents are listed

Loughborough, High Street   Wesleyan Methodist

Langham   Richard
Bap 12-Mar   1823
Birth 22-Oct   1822
Parents Richard   Hannah   Newey   .....framework knitter living in Rothley
Mother's  parents Samuel & Mary

also found

Thomas and Martha were in Rothley 1830....framework knitter living in Rothley
Loughborough, High Street   Wesleyan Methodist
Langham   Dinah
Bap 24-Jan   1831
Birth 16-Sep   1830

Only Newey mentioned I could find on my bits to hand but thought the second one was the Martha you were chasing

SORRY I got confused looking at Langham's!
For Dinah's baptism, her parents are Thomas Langham and Martha Newey.

THANK YOU for this.  It hasn't been mentioned and I have not seen it.

I think Thomas, Hannah, and Martha were siblings but I can only find a baptism for Martha at Cossington 1797 to Samuel and Mary.  The Mary who was buried at Cossington 5th Jan 1815 aged 64 could be their mother.

Martha Witnessed with her mark the marriages of both Hannah and Thomas, which was my first inkling of a close relationship.

Hannah LANGHAM keeps changing her birthplace...

1841 its Leicestershire
1851 its St. Mary Derby
1861 its Rugby, Warwickshire.

It does appear though from this that the family may of evolved from the Warwickshire / Derbyshire NEWEY families.  Hannah was married first in 1814 so was maybe older.  Poss she was born then her parents came to Leicestershire?!

There is a Samuel and Mary baptising children in Birmingham during this time,  Samuel was a Jeweller though.  My NEWEY's were fairly much Leicestershire Peasants so I'm not sure if that fits.

Thanks again Willsy.
