Thomas Boulton birth

I am trying to find the birth of Thomas Boulton from Market Drayton, Shropshire.

He was born about 1789, married Dorothy Darlington in 1814 and died in 1849 according to my research so far.

I am going through this branch again as I realised I have made a dreadful mistake and have attached parents who couldn't possibly be his as they were born after Thomas

Can someone help me put this right?

MORETON SAY, (or Moreton Sea), a parish in the Drayton division of the hundred of North Bradford, county Salop, 3 miles W. of Market Drayton, its post town, and 8 S.E. of Whitchurch.

Thomas was the first of their children baptised in Moreton Say.  Didn't see a marriage for this couple though.
