Try the University of Leicester website:
http://specialcollections.le.ac.uk/cdm/landingpage/collection/p16445coll4

Earliest directory covering Lincolnshire is a Pigot's directory from 1820's.
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

There is a comprehensive set in the library at the National Archives, Kew.

Try their catalogue to see what they hold
