I noticed that Constance listed her mother's birthplace as Ireland on US censuses, so thought it worth a punt - and there they were!

There seem to be some references to a Rev. Birkett in the area, also a Helen Anne or Helena Birkett/Burkett married another Church of Ireland minister, William Herbert Fitzmaurice, in 1891. I suspect she may have been a sister to Dora.

Here is the Fitzmaurice family in 1901 and 1911, no kids:

Census information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

You are incredible. I don't doubt it for a minute that Georgina Dorothea Burkett's father would have been a minister and it also seems likely that her sister would marry a minister. thanks so much for all of this. I doubt any of it would have been found if not for your superior skills.
Thanks
Peggy
