Sneinton Lunatic Asylum Death Records

I've found a possible link to my family tree; Hannah Wheatley was born in 1792 in Beeston, and in the 1841 Census, a Hannah Wheatley is a patient at the Lunatic Asylum in Sneinton. Same age and date of birth.

I can't find any date for a death or burial, or any records following this one. Does anyone know where I may find one? Nothing on the Parish records, but then again, I heard if you were in an asylum you weren't buried in church graveyards.

The records may not survive but the archives should be able to confirm that.

If she died at the asylum the death could be registered at Radford reg district

Yes it could be! Thank you, where is this record from? Was there a graveyard there?

The information was from the Notts FHS burial CD. She was buried at St Marys Church abode Workhouse.

Do you know where the workhouse was situated and when it closed? I looked online but I've found it really confusing.
