Looking for birth date of Sheila Gale in India to British parents in 1924

Hello,
     I am hoping to find Sheila Elizabeth Glassford Gale's birth date, as she lived not knowing, she had said the records were lost in the Second World War when the bombs hit where all birth records were kept in the UK. She was born in Quetta, Bengal, India in 1924, which I only just discovered, so I'm hoping there would be information elsewhere, may be India. Sheila died on 02/07/2016 in the UK. Her parents were Lieu Col Robert Gale and Lora Duff Gale and she had one brother Alan Parnell Gale. Any information will be fantastic.

There's an India Office archive reference which may be useful: N-1-474, Folio   61.

Note that the records available on FindMyPast for this period are bereft of detail:

"In compliance with data protection laws fewer details and no images are available for births dating to after 1915 and marriages after 1930. Full details are available to researchers who visit the British Library in person."
