I'm after any additional information of 2 marriages please

4 Dec 1777 - Marmaduke Slingsby and Elizabeth Shuttleworth

16 Jan 1798 - George Henderson & Jane Edwards

Ok next time I am in Beverley for a client I will have a quick look for you, but I do not know when that may be.  Marriage records at this time do not usually give the parents names, and I am sure that Hull did not use the Dade system.   The BT transcripts for Holy Trinity (on FindMyPast) up to 1762 are not even in the Hardwick format which came in in 1754.

Hi Carol,
Checked these again but they are only transcriptions, all the other records around this date that show a record only have a date plus the names two people who are being married and no other informtion as Asherman said.
