Electoral Rolls:

1922, 1924 at Ballantyne St, Northcote (Victoria)
Frederick Charles HARRISON, labourer,
Alexandra Louise HARRISON, home duties

From 1926 to 1976 both are at 2 West St, Preston with Frederick's occupation listed as plasterer.  Frederick is still at the same address in 1980.  Googlemap has a photo of the house.

Hi Tony

Wondering if you found additional information regarding Alexandra Louise Hollington and Frederick Charles Harrison in Australia, particularly anything about Eileen or other children in that marriage.  I have traced Alexandra's son to Richard James Foster - Wilfred James Foster to Australia but know nothing more about Eileen or if there were further Harrison children.  Any help appreciated.

Caroline

Thanks Ros, Wilfred James Foster is my husband's Grandfather, just trying to find more information about the half sister Eileen Joan Harrison in Australia or other siblings of that marriage.

Hi Caroline
The information I have for Eileen Joan Harrison is that she was an only child. It would appear that she married William James Harwood in 1942 in Victoria and the only definite information I have on them, birth and death dates, came from a memorial in Northern Memorial Park Glenroy Victoria.
http://billiongraves.com/pages/record/Eileen-Joan-Harwood/12994578
As you will see this mentions children and others but seems rather confusing I presume Maureen married a Barry and Bill an Elizabeth but not sure who or what "Pop of Matthew and Danielle" means as the image for Eileen is blurred and not sure if it says Nan So possibly Grandchildren.
I am afraid I do not have access to Australian records so have not been able to research further.
I take it you know Wilfed James Edward Foster had a brother Richard Henry James Foster born 1911.
I have not investigated Wilfred but would be pleased to have any information you are willing to share.
Regards
Tony

Hi Tony,

The following attachments I hope will assist. Here are the cemetery records for Alexandra's son to Richard James Foster: Wilfred James Edward Foster and grandson Brian Wilfred Foster (not sure about Wilfred Henry Foster)

Also Wilfred James Edward Foster moved to Flowerdale with his wife Amelia Foster (May) in later life. Unfortunately the house was destroyed by bushfire a few years ago.

Also I believe Alexandra Louise Harrison along with son Wilfred James Edward Foster and husband Fredrick Charles Harrison b. 1893 departed England in July 1919 on board the Orsova as 3rd class passengers.
